All our food is freshly made by our talented kitchen team who use only local produce delivered daily from our network of renowned local high quality merchants. We also have a link with 'Deliciously Yorkshire' to promote local food and produce.
Award winning chef Jason Horton, himself born and bred in Sheffield, uses all his considerable skill and expertise to ensure that the food is reflective of the hotel's new image, offering excellent quality, traditional Yorkshire food with a contemporary twist. Jason created the Yorkshire Six menu, which is changed every month and uses only the finest, locally sourced, seasonal produce. There are six choices each of starter, main course and dessert.
